Basically, I am a Cinderella with a tool belt!

I am a wife to a hard-working and loving husband since 1997, and mother to 5 amazing grown or nearly grown children, all with unique gifts and talents. Three of our immediate family members are type 1 diabetics.

I have been cleaning houses since 1999. I only have an associate’s degree, but a lot of experience in the field of hard knocks. By 2011, I started doing House management and added regular employees to help my growing business. We clean, declutter, organize, do minor repairs and custom build helpful organizers. We set up, list, and run furnished listings on a variety of platforms, such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. I teasingly call myself a Cinderella with a tool belt. We are ready to help serve your household, in the fear of the Lord, in any way we can. Welcomed Industries currently handles house management under Welcome To Your Home LLC, accommodations broking through Welcome To Your Home Away from Home LLC and property management through Welcomed Rentals by Nyccole LLC. 

In 2006, I started a weekly Bible club called DOT, Discoverer’s of Truth Ministries, Inc., and in 2012, DOT became an official 501C3, nonprofit organization. This rain weekly public school programs and summer park programs for nearly 14 years until Covid hit in 2020. This closed the doors temporarily, and I attempted to keep it going through a local church. Currently, I am taking a sabbatical as I re-evaluate the direction of this ministry and serve the needs of my family. My hope is to revisit all the curricula I have written over the years and share them. 

In 2016, I was introduced to the ability for my children to earn dual credits. By 2019, I branched out and started Grace Academy, which is a homeschool that allowed me to give my children more flexibility to take a wider variety of college credits to secure their associate’s degree by the time they earned their high school diploma. In 2023, we broke away from the public school system into the full adventure of homeschooling with our youngest, a middle school student.

You will find everything from Homeschooling to Diabetes care, easy meals for hospitality, curriculum for Children’s ministry, cleaning and organizing hacks, to the ins and outs of accommodations broking and hosting.
